FOUNDER AND CEO
Former professional freeskier with 18 years of entrepreneurial experience. In his leadership role at Energon X AS, he collaborates closely with academic institutions, industry leaders, and the Defense Research Establishment (Norwegian Armed Forces). His work focuses on the development of cutting-edge technologies and products ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and technical standards. Additionally, he leads complex R&D projects, driving product innovation and technology development across multidisciplinary teams, while navigating the challenges of highly regulated sectors.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Pål has extensive leadership experience from larger industrial enterprises and various SMEs. Broad experience in starting new businesses, both as advisor and as investor/co-founder. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Norwegian innovation system. Significant and diverse board experience. Has established networks internationally, relevant to business development.

Frode has over 30 years of experience in IT and software development, he has a passion for creating and delivering innovative solutions that enhance sales and customer service.
Frode’s core competencies include extensive experience in strategy, corporate security, and executive leadership, which he have developed and applied in various roles and industries. He is the founder of One Voice /F24 Nordics - CIM, one of Europe's leading softwares for incident and crisis management.

Bernhard has his academic background and specialization in finance and entrepreneurship. Former experience with business development within the oil and gas industry specializing in subsea solutions. The last 7 years he has been working within sports management internationally as well as building small businesses.

Rune Gjeldnes
SPECIAL ADVISOR
Polar explorer and ex-Navy Seal; Rune Gjeldnes is the only person in the world who has crossed both the North Pole and the South Pole, unsupported on ski. 2006 he crossed Antarctica alone without re-supplies. It was the longest ski trip ever, counting 4804 km in 90 days. In 2000, together with Torry Larsen, he became the first ever to cross the Arctic Ocean, from Siberia via the North Pole to Canada, without re-supplies. The trip lasted a full 109 days.

Tore Bjørseth Berdal

Tore is a former professional cross-country skier, having won the Vasaloppet and Marcialonga. After his professional career, he transitioned into finance and investments before joining Rosenborg Ballklub as the CEO. Tore holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Jan Selvig
STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jan has over 25 years of experience in the offshore industry, including international tendering, negotiation, and contract administration. He has worked extensively with clients and subcontractors globally. With around 20 years of entrepreneurship and innovation experience, he has been involved in establishing and managing companies, strategic planning, and business development. His previous roles as Aker Verdal involved management positions spanning contracts, finance, marketing, production, and project management, with a focus on large international contracts.

Jørgen Lerfall
PROFESSOR IN FOOD SCIENCE
Jørgen is a Professor of Food Science and the Head of the Food science division at the Department of biotechnology and food science, NTNU—Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His research interests include the food value chain from the raw material to the consumer's table. More specifically, he focuses on the chemical and nutritional aspects of food processing and packaging and how new technologies can be implemented to meet consumer demands regarding product quality, taste, convenience, and sustainability.

Øyvind Sandbakk
PROFESSOR IN HEALTH AND SPORT SCIENCE & SPORTS DIRECTOR
Øyvind is Sports Director at Norwegian School of Elite Sports (NTG) and Professor II at the School of Sport Science, UiT The Artic University of Norway. In addition, he is editor-in-chief for the leading journal International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. His research focuses on advancing the understanding of athletic and military performance by examining physiological and nutritional mechanisms, and the application of new technology to gain insights into these factors during training, competition and exercise in extreme enviroments.
